Royal Sovereign BDH-450 Bucketless Dehumidifier 45-Pint Overview
Dehumidify All Day…Every day. Royal Sovereign has revolutionized dehumidifiers with a new bucket-free design that maximizes convenience and performance. There are no heavy buckets of water to empty. No lifting. No mess. No spills. Homeowners can now truly set it and forget it. The powerful pumping system can pump up to an amazing 10 vertical feet and condensation can be easily drained into a sink, drain, or even out a window. Conventional dehumidifiers require that buckets are emptied 2 or 3 times a day. Since consumers generally empty buckets once a day, dehumidification power is reduced by 50% to 65%. There are no buckets to empty with the new Royal Sovereign dehumidifiers, so consumers now get full dehumidification power.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - FFC - Rhode Island
I bought mine from another website. First one arrived, the box was destroyed, so I did not take a chance and refused it. Called for another one. After waiting for a strong person to carry it to my cellar, unpacked it and the castor was broken. The vendor kindly refunded some of the money because of all the hassle I had gone through with now this one. I figured, I will look for a castor at a hardware store. In the meantime I put some of the packing material under the corner of the machine that had no castor until I could acquire one. I hooked up the auto-pump hose, set it and figured, forget it. After a few days I went down the cellar and had water everywhere. The water was spitting out what is called "manual pump" This is if you want to buy a different hose, connect it and I guess manually pump it. However, that hole was supposed to have a "stopper or plug" which it did not. I called Royal Sovereign to tell them this. The guy did not know what I was talking about so asked me to send pictures via email which I promptly did. He said he would call me, he never did. After a few hours, I called him back, to my dismay the email address he gave me belonged to an employee who had quit, so after a runaround with the operator, she said someone else was using the email address. Is that legal? He still had no answer for me and said it should work without the plug. He had no plug, did not help with the castor. Told me to ship it to them. Would you trust sending a 250.00 machine to a company like this? Plus, I am from the East Coast and they are in the West, can you imagine the price to mail this heavy unit to them. It had already cost me almost 30.00 for shipping the first time. I would never ever buy anything made by Royal Sovereign, their Customer Service just does not care about your problem.
