Excellent product for the money. The battery lasts a long time, the trimmer is exact, but there are really no directions about how to use this. It takes a little while to figure out how to use the slider on the main plastic trimmer cover guide to get different hair length heights. Other than that a great product. I even bought one for my son-in-law.

I have had either a beard or goatee for the last 28 years, and for most of this time I owned a Wahl trimmer. My first Wahl lasted 10 years, my second Wahl lasted for 8 years. I took a 3 year break using a Norelco (which was a Christmas gift), however, I was never satisfied with the cut at longer settings. I ultimately went back to various Wahl trimmers, yet they all gave out (battery, motor, etc) in less than 2 years.

Deciding to give Wahl one last chance. I purchased the "All-in-One Trimmer Kit," given that it had a 5-year warranty. The battery quit recharging after the 3rd month, and Wahl's position was since I failed to keep my receipt, there was no warranty coverage. Please note that my failure to keep the receipt was definitely my fault. However, I can say, through personal experience, that Wahl's quality and performance has SIGNIFICANTLY declined over the years (based on my last four purchases), and this was the last Wahl trimmer that I will ever own. If you cannot purchase any other trimmer but a Wahl, my advice is that you hold fast to your receipt...because I fear you will need it sooner rather than later. If any other option is available to you, I would strongly urge you to consider it, rather than purchasing a Wahl.

2 pounds round grown without canned meat or breast bone

1 cm head of green cabbage, cut into 6 wedges

MD 6 carrots cut into quarters

1 cm onionquartered

1 clove garlic, crushed

Pour cold water on corned beef in Dutch oven lid tight. Add the onion and garlic. heated to boiling, reduce head. Cover and cook until meat is tender, about 2 hours. Remove beef to warm platter, keep warm. Skim fat from broth. Add the cabbage and carrots to boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 15 minutes.

Dutch oven biscuits

2 C flour

2.1 ts Salt

Baking powder 3 TS

Solid shortening 4 TB

1 C milk (ordiluted milk carton)

Blend flour, salt, baking powder and mash in shortening with a fork until crumbly. Add milk and stir until the mixture is lowered down into the trough left by spoon as it moves around the bowl. Turn dough to a floured surface, knead for 30 seconds to knock down gently until 1 / 2 inch thick. Cut with a round cutter or pinch off pieces of cookie dough and form by hand. Place biscuits in greased a cover Dutch oven, and bury in bright coals for 5 or 10 minutes or until goldenbrown.

Campfire Meatloaf

1 1 / 2 pounds ground beef

4.3 c Quick oats

1 egg

4.1 ts Dry mustard

peppers 4.1c

1 package of onion soup mix

4.3 ts Salt

Mix all ingredients and heat put in casserole. Put in oven. Bake 1 hour, covered.
